We're not an agency with a sales floor. There are three of us, and the person you email is the person doing the work.
We started in freight forwarding, moving other people's cargo. Again and again, clients asked us the same thing: "Do you know a good factory for this?" We did — we'd been visiting them for years. What they needed next was someone to check the goods before they shipped, which is another thing we already did. Sourcing comes before shipping, so we started doing that too.
Today the three of us cover sourcing, quality control and logistics between us. We take two or three clients at a time, because this is not work you can do at scale without cutting corners. If we're full, we'll tell you.
Ten years of talking to factories and the people who buy from them. Runs the shortlist and the negotiation.
Books the space, argues with forwarders, and knows which routes are congested before the news does.
Everything you read from us in English passes through her desk. Also runs the ocean freight side.
Fifteen minutes on a call usually settles it. We'll tell you straight if we're not the right fit.
